Individual Therapy

Sometimes there is a specific reason bringing you to therapy, and sometimes there is just a pull to learning more about yourself and building skills you may be lacking. Whatever your reason is, starting therapy can be a scary but also an exciting step. It takes courage to dive deep into exploring who you are and what you want or need.

Finding and choosing a therapist can be overwhelming. I am here to guide you in this process. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is extremely important and should feel like a good fit. Let’s start by scheduling a brief phone consultation and deciding if we want to work together.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and all are virtual via a HIPAA compliant virtual platform link. As I am licensed to practice therapy in PA, clients must be in PA at time of virtual session. I am currently in the process of obtaining clinical social work licensure in Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey. If you reside in one of these states and want to inquire about starting therapy together, reach out to me.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania and I provide clinical supervision to Social Workers in the process of obtaining their clinical license. The PA State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors requires LCSW applicants to have completed 150 hours of clinical supervision during the course of working 3,000 hours in the field of clinical Social Work. Seventy-five (75) of the clinical supervision hours must be facilitated by an LCSW. You can obtain up to 2 supervision hours per 40 hour week. I provide weekly individual supervision for social workers pursuing their licensure. Please contact me with questions, to discuss supervision fee, or to schedule a free consultation to see if we are a fit.
